Don Williams

Don brings a flare for storytelling that’s steeped in 20+ years of working with men’s lifestyle, entertainment, and other popular culture media, as well as national business and mainstream news journalists. His experience spans Anime, large scale events, tech, toys, video games, professional sports leagues, and their athletes. Having served in in-house PR roles at Hasbro, The Upper Deck Company, and Humongous Entertainment, he brings the perspective of a client to his work for his clients, with counsel and ideas that closely align with business objectives and a commitment to constant communication.

Carol Knight

Carol has more than 30 years of public relations, promotions and events experience and is a veteran in the entertainment, toy & game, and consumer goods industries. Through her work with The Frame Shop, she has spearheaded public relations and events efforts for KONAMI Digital Entertainment, SPJA, Genius Games, and The Loyal Subjects to name a few. Previously she has served in in-house roles and worked on communication campaigns for brands such as Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit, Pokémon, Microsoft, Harry Potter, MLB, and the NFL.
