In March 2020, David co-founded the Events Industry Council APEX COVID Business Recovery Task Force to address the immediate need for guidance on accepted practices, to restart the industry, and to examine long-term how we can adapt and transform for future stability, relevance, and resiliency of the events industry. In this keynote, David discusses the changing events industry, how the current challenges create new opportunities, how the EIC task force is compiling and creating resources for global use, and what events might look like in the future.
